2. Scope
These Terms govern use of this website and booking of advanced driver training. By using the site or booking, you agree. We comply with Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015 'On Electronic Commerce', Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 'On Consumer Protection', Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010 'On Personal Data Protection', and Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996 'On Advertising'.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and hold a valid driver's license for the vehicle category. Follow all safety rules.
4. Bookings & Payments
Bookings confirmed after full payment. Prices in UAH, taxes included. We may change prices before confirmation.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancel 48h before start for full refund. Later cancellations may incur a fee. Refunds within 14 days. Your rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX are unaffected.
6. Conduct
No alcohol or drugs. Follow instructor directions. We may remove you for unsafe behavior without refund.
7. Liability
We are not liable for indirect loss, except where prohibited. Nothing limits your rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX.
8. Complaints
Email contact@simimpactin.com. We respond within 14 days. You may use out-of-court dispute resolution under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 'On Consumer Protection'.
9. Personal Data
Per Privacy Policy and Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010 'On Personal Data Protection'. You have access, correction, deletion, objection rights.
10. Licensing & Advertising
If licensed, we display license number, date, issuer per Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996 'On Advertising'.
